In the wild, and naturally growing in the east of Australia and in Tasmania, tree ferns can live for well over 100 years. They are fairly slow growing, so take quite some time to reach a large size. Even in ideal growing conditions, tree ferns such as the gorgeous Dicksonia Antarctica take around 50 years to reach full height, full height being around 2.5 to 4m.
It has been known that there have been some species of tree fern that grow to over 10 metres, and have lived for over 500 years, but I doubt there are any examples of those left these days sadly. Source: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5426625/
